The gîte has well-tended outdoor areas, perfectly laid out for your comfort.
La private pool measuring 9.25 x 4.20 x 1.50 m, is equipped with an approved alarm system and is fully fenced off. The tiled beaches are equipped with a foot bath, a private shower and 7 aluminium and Textilene deckchairs, as well as small tables for relaxing.
La 35 m² main terraceThe terrace, adjoining the farmhouse, is shaded by wisteria and has garden furniture seating 6, making it ideal for all your outdoor meals.
Le 80 m² landscaped garden is fully fenced and perfectly suited to young children.
Le kiosk on the pond is a haven of peace, accessible from the bowling green, where you can enjoy a unique natural setting for reading or contemplation.
Leisure area :
Under the 25 m² awning next to the pool, you'll find a barbecue, a Bonzini table football table and a ping-pong table for socialising. You have access to the private, fenced bowling green, from where you can go to the kiosk on the water for exceptional moments of relaxation.
